Sr. Account Manager

Kim joined the Matsock team in 2020. With 21 years of experience, Kim specializes in working with the small to mid-market employer groups in various industries. As a Sr. Account Manager for Matsock & Associates, she provides analytics, compliance an benefit strategy to our clients. Kim's responsibilities include working with clients on renewal strategies, preparing and distributing requests for proposals for all lines of coverage, reviewing plan design summaries and costs, the execution of new contracts and the implementation with carriers. Kim is the primary point-of-contact for the day-to-day service needs for the employee, employer and carrier.
